Experience: 2-7 years

Primary Skills: MS SQL server 2005/2008/2012, SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL

Secondary Skills: SSAS, Power BI, (VBA, Elastic Search, Sybase would be a plus but not mandatory)

Technical Skills:
Expertise in SQL Server Development including TSQL, stored procedures, SQL CLR, troubleshooting & performance tuning
Expertise in knowledge SQL Server best practices
Experience with SQL Server 2008/2012 in a production environment
Experience in DB design, data modeling.
Ability to work with developers to ensure performing designs, identifying bottlenecks and recommending better ways of designing and implementing complex solutions
Superior database design and architecture skills from an OLTP perspective (as well as a data warehousing perspective would be plus)
Expertise in SSRS Report Deploy Using Script / Report Manager
Expertise in SSRS Configuration Manager
Expertise in SSRS Report Manager
Expertise in Configuring the Data Sources & Security Configuration
Expertise in SSIS Catalog
Expertise in SSIS Project Deployment Methodology
Expertise in SQL Server Agents (Creating a Job & Monitoring the Jobs)
Basic Knowledge on SQL Server Database monitoring & maintenance
Experience in PowerShell scripting using .net and SQL components
Experience in SQL source control & versioning.
Experience in Team foundation server/SVN would be a plus.
Very articulate with both strong oral and written communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting and organizational navigation skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To identify the best mix of resources to source top talent using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources.
Work with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process by ensuring job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
Source & Screen profiles, short-list the candidates in preliminary rounds.
Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and the business functions to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies.
Serve as an Ambassador of our Organization when reaching out to candidates and college campus recruitment cell.
Cold calls to suitable candidates.
Manage complete recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
Develop and implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches.
Manage the entire staffing process: recruits, screens, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions throughout organization.
Design recruitment advertisements for posting in newspapers, internet and other recruiting sources.
Create and manage relationships with Colleges/ Universities for campus recruitment.
Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Work Experience: 1 to 6 years

Educational Qualification:  Minimum requirement is a graduate degree.
