Key Responsibilities & Major Duties
As an Analyst, you will work both independently and as a collaborative team member to ensure operational excellence. Your key duties will include:
- Transaction Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions within established guidelines.
- Daily Deliverables: Meet day-to-day delivery goals, preparing and submitting daily checklists to supervisors.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve routine issues, utilizing initiative and referring more complex problems to supervisors and experts.
- Trend Tracking: Track performance trends (SLA/KRA) and work with your supervisor to continually enhance process knowledge.
- Reporting: Create and run formal, function-specific reports.
- Risk Management: Rigorously follow incident and regulatory breach reporting procedures to mitigate operational risks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A College or University degree, or 0 to 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS-Excel is required.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Good oral and written communication skills.
- Domain Knowledge: Basic functional or industry knowledge is preferred but not required.
